Do I need to provide cleaning supplies?
No. Our team arrives equipped with the products, supplies and equipment needed to perform your service. If you have specific product preferences or sensitivities, please discuss them with us before your appointment.
Do I need to be home?
No. Many of our recurring clients provide secure access and continue with their day. Whether you’re home or away, our service standards remain the same.
What if something is missed?
Please contact us promptly. If something doesn’t meet the agreed-upon standard, we’ll return within 24 hours to address the concern at no additional charge.
How far in advance should I schedule?
We recommend approximately seven days’ notice for new appointments whenever possible. For time-sensitive services such as turnovers or move-out cleanings, contact us and we’ll do our best to accommodate your deadline.
What areas of Rhode Island does NE Clean serve?

What is your cancellation policy?
We request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to a $75 fee because that appointment time has been reserved specifically for your property and our team has already been scheduled.
